Serve over 125 meals to our hungry neighbors at the Wesley Center. Our church sends a volunteer team to prepare and serve the meal, and deliver pre-made dessert bars to the men and women who gather at Wesley. While the Wesley church is going through their kitchen reconstruction project we will be using the following schedule.

 

Food Prep shift:

 

9:00-10:00a  we will assemble sack lunches at LHUMC

 

Food Distribution shift:

 

10:00-12:00 drive and deliver food to downtown – load sack lunches and leave for Wesley to distribute food

 

Parking may be limited at Wesley due to the reconstruction project, so carpooling will be the best option. If you are coming for food distribution shift only, meet at LHUMC by 10:00 am and we will arrange carpooling.
